BAND OR BRACKET |
If
a band is loose, do not wear Headgear. Call the office to
make an appointment.
If bracket is broken off of the tooth, but is still attached
to the wire leave it as is and call to make an appointment.

| POKING
WIRE |
Bend
wire towards bracket and place wax on the end of the wire
for comfort.
|
| LOST
TIEWIRE OR ELASTIC TIE |
Notify
us at the next appointment.
|
| SORENESS |
Use
warm salt water rinses, and take Tylenol or Advil for relief.
|
| HEADGEAR
DOES NOT FIT |
Sometimes
caused by not wearing as prescribed.
If this happens, do not wear headgear and call the office
for an appointment.

| LOOSE
OR BROKEN APPLIANCE |
If
the appliance is causing discomfort or is broken, do not wear
it and call the office for an appointment.

you feel you are unable to handle a problem on your own, please
call us as soon as possible.
