FEES:
Fees vary according to the individual problem. Some problems look severe but may not be; others look simple but may be very complex. Therefore, without a complete examination, determining fees is impossible. Once a plan of treatment and a fee has been established, financial arrangements will be set up that are fair to both you and our office. Payments may be made by cash, post-dated cheques, Visa, or Interac.

PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans are available with no interest, over a period of one to two years. Payment plans can be negotiated with either post-dated cheques, direct debit or Visa payments.

INSURANCE PAYMENT POLICY:
If you are eligible for orthodontic coverage under your plan, we will complete an orthodontic pre-determination form for you to file with your insurance company. This is so that you may be reimbursed for your payments to this office. This form is provided at the financial consultation appointment. It will provide all the information your insurance company will need. Payment is made directly to our office by the patient. Once we receive your payment, we will issue a receipt. You are responsible for sending the receipt and claim forms to your insurance company. They will then reimburse you directly according to the terms of your contract. Again, you are financially responsible to the orthodontist for all services rendered. Your insurance company is responsible to you.
